Fabulous Faceted Snakehead earrings from the Victorian(ca1880) era! Each earring is made of 14kt yellow gold and has a faux Citrine faceted teardrop stone. The top of each earring has a handmade three dimensional snakehead that's attached to a flower-like surmount,?and?holds faceted teardrop faux Citrine, which hangs long and dramatic. Each stone has a faceted surface which catches the light beautifully and has a wonderful, vibrant burnt Orange color. The faux Citrine drops have leaf gold toppers which complete the fabulous design perfectly. They're stunning earrings that would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurement: Each earring hangs approximately 2" long and 3/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the amethyst stones.
